初筛用于判断三件事：项目是否属于我们的服务范围、预算量级是否匹配、是否需要其他专业机构介入。不通过审阅的申请，我们会明确回复。Screening answers three questions: is it within our scope, does the budget band match, and is another professional body needed. We reply explicitly either way.

  • 提交初筛表不代表已建立正式委托关系。初筛是相互了解的第一步。Submitting does not create a formal engagement. It is only a first step.
  • 初筛阶段请勿上传身份证、护照、银行卡、密码或验证码。Do not upload ID, passport, bank card, password or verification codes at this stage.
  • 本司为法律咨询公司，非律师事务所：不出具正式法律意见、不代理诉讼、不承诺商业或投资结果。We are a legal consulting company, not a law firm: no formal legal opinions, no litigation, no promised outcomes.
  • 初审反馈约 24 小时内；通过后进入服务确认与排期。Initial reply within about 24 hours; if approved, we move to service confirmation and scheduling.
