专业转介：确需出庭或出具正式法律意见时，转介至合作律所。Professional referral: to our partner law firm where litigation or formal legal opinions are required.
多语材料处理：中文与俄 / 哈 / 乌 / 蒙等语的识别与翻译。Multilingual document processing: Chinese with Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Mongolian.

正式法律意见（我们不是律师事务所，不出具律师执业意见）。Formal legal opinions (we are not a law firm).
诉讼代理与出庭（此类事项由合作律所承接）。Litigation representation and court appearances (handled by our partner law firm).
对任何商业、投资或诉讼结果的承诺或担保。Any promise or guarantee of commercial, investment or litigation outcomes.
任何违反法律法规的服务：包括但不限于协助逃税、伪造或隐瞒材料、规避监管、骗贷、洗钱等。Any unlawful service: including facilitating tax evasion, forged or concealed materials, regulatory circumvention, fraudulent loans, money laundering.

初筛与委托Screening & engagement

提交初筛表不代表已建立正式委托关系。我们收到后会先判断事项是否属于服务范围、是否需要其他专业机构介入，再决定是否进入正式沟通。初筛阶段请勿上传身份证、护照、银行卡、密码或验证码。Submitting the screening form does not create a formal engagement. We first assess scope and whether another professional body is needed before deciding on formal engagement. Do not upload ID, passport, bank card, password or verification codes.
